Professional Career

Jen’s professional journey began while working with a female-owned staffing agency in Raleigh, North Carolina, called The Greer Group. Working there throughout college, Jen was inspired by her coworkers and gained insight and knowledge about career paths, resume writing, interviewing, and the power of connection and resources.

After college, Jen returned to Carolina, to help her parents grow and eventually sell their privately owned homecare agency. This 10-year experience allowed her to become a leader and manager throughout the company's growth. Staying within the aging adult industry, Jen continued down the path of project management and operations. In November 2022, Jen started her own business as a Fractional COO, and Laxton quickly became one of her first clients.

As a Fractional COO and certified project manager, Jen harmoniously.integrates the major functions of each client’s business with an objective outside view. She serves as an accountability partner while moving projects from vision to completion.
